It wasn’t a huge payday—$5,000—but what I gained from the experience was far more valuable than the check.It started when I got a lead from an older woman who owned a house in New Hampshire but lived in Maine.

I have a few questions and I will definitely be seeking professional guidance as well, but wanted to throw this out in the forums.Background:  I have just opened a single member LLC. 

While we don't have a crystal ball, most would agree that all things being equal, the property in Southern Florida will be more valuable than a quadplex in Huntsville, Alabama, ten years from now. 

If I could do things over again, I would likely manage things manually.I could see software being valuable as you increase your number of doors, but for a small number, it doesn't seem worth it if you're reasonably organized.
