If I didn’t have the support of the group in addition to being coached by Palak, I don’t think I would have had the confidence to pull the trigger and would have been stuck researching Facebook groups and asking people but not getting clear/direct answers.

I won't be investing in the riskiest/most supportable asset subclasses such as hotels, and tilt my portfolio the ones that have historically been more stable such as multifamily and single-family housing.

In other words, did the appraiser not include any relevant comparables and/or data/facts, that would be better support for the Subject in the market.
