You cant so much for $20 bucks these days.A lot of things he does seem capricious and without research (for example, his proposed "7-round mag" for rifles-expecting the entire industry to alter their products just for him). 

That could translate to learning about investing too.

In my opinion AC will really have to alter the approach and do something that makes people want to drive 2 hours other then a casino which most can now get to in less then 1 hour. 

The properties are all owned free and clear and the income from them has proven to be life altering as I am now able to pursue a personal desire to become a teacher.

Comfort level may translate to physical proximity in the near term, considering that we want to self manage for as long as possible.  

Most apartment complexes currently have a several month waiting list for a 1 bedroom, yet 1 bedroom condos remain incredibly cheap in Orange County, particularly around Universal.. so.. the opportunity is real around here, but, you have to begin with what makes Orlando-metro unique, because it severely alters the landscape compared to other (typical?)

Well,  never heard of them but the quality of their site is poor at best and looking at the homes for rent, they look super low income which translates to = long-term failure to whomever owns these homes. 

All of this training will easily translate into your investing as well.
