"Oh,we have had quite the traffic we even have someone interested who is an insurance relocation, they will pay 200 dollars more but it is only a 6 month lease...don't worry though you will come out on top with the extra 200" This really got to me (in a bad way) I didn't even write back.

Is there a BiggerPockets verion of a general business and franchising forum that anyone knows about.The sites I have found either don't see like there is hardly any traffic or the posters don't offer very good advice.I have a side business that is non REI and if I could find a online community that is as helpful as BD is for REI that would be awesome.

i just did that and hated it (maybe cause 2 weeks after they left, i am still looking for a tenant). started 3.5 weeks before they moved. they were cleaned, but hated all the traffic that came through. then they were even telling the new clients that they are inconveniencing them!!

Hello AllI am an out of the state investor working in the Kansas city market.About two  weeks ago I listed a fully rehab SFH in Raytown Kansas city ( on 78th Ter )It is listed in the MLS ,The price is pretty attractive, photos looks good, high end appliances etc, however traffic and interest seems very minimal. we had only 2-3 showing.

You don't need a high traffic commercial location, a really nice barn would probably do you, buy a resort, great place for meetings, LOL.
