It takes at least 3-4 flips to cut your teeth on them.

I am a native of Pittsburgh 23 years there and have lived in SoCal for the last 11 years cutting my teeth in the mortgage and real estate fields. 

Just make sure you aren't trying to sell a property in which you have no ties whatsoever, and avoid the agent that told you that misinformation at all costs.

I get tons of such solicitation, frequently from public records and I can see there's no effort whatsoever to validate the data as being appropriate - - thus they all go directing into the circular file.Big turnoff to be marketing with inaccuracies and then begging to get the listing.

I'd bet everything I own that there's a swarm of COVID-chasing lawyers gearing up to sue Realtors, sellers, landlords, store owners and anybody else they can sink their teeth into.Check to see if your state/county/town is even allowing open houses.
