I would really try to strengthen both areas.

Look at the walls and drywall/ plaster if there are pretty wide cracks in them you might want to keep enough in the budget for strengthening the framing.

The way I was looking at it was since the business would be showing more income it would strengthen my ability to refinance.. but now that I think about it more that wouldn’t make too much of a difference because technically it would be the llc refinancing not us.
