House #3 was built in 1895 and still had its original windows, #2, bought at auction, had many broken windows, and #4 had old, leaky, single-paned, aluminum windows.

The windows are still in pretty good shape, but sadly they are single pane, and this Texas heat can be pretty strong at times.
