My first two properties I bought while not being a member of the MLS and earned a commission. 

They still bought the house

I recently bought into Tyler’s Deveraux 3 day workshop event 🙌 I’ve heard great things but I also read a reply that “he doesn’t keep promises” So I’m half and half about the event.For those who’ve gone and went through it already, how was your experience and your thoughts?

I just had a bank tell me that per new Fannie guidelines, the minimum down payment on a 3-4 unit is 20-25%, even if it is bought as a primary residence.

I bought it on market and there were definetly some learning lessons here.

Does anyone have any excel/spreadsheet templates they use for organization and having a place where you store that budgeting and timeline information?
