I did the architectural drawings myself and then had a structural engineer go off those for the stamped plans (about 3k).

And the keys aren't normal keys and they have a do not duplicate stamp on them.  

I used 1st class stamps and the list was of preforeclosures.

We would receive food stamps food from the church.

I am over whelmed with typing up labels, sticking them on, and buying stamps.

Then they would advise you on cost for any plans and stamps, and then with their initial advice you can talk to a contractor to get ballpark cost.
