Key is kept in separate lock box, code only shared once red tape is completed. my golf cart does not have to be registered and titled but is allowed on neighborhood streets, so it's not treated as a street legal motor vehicle.

The algorithm allows you to shop for the best rate/terms. if you ever have a lender try to scare you about not having your credit pull that should be a red flag because if you do not shop how do you know they are competitive on rate but also fees.

Also in the future if an applicant can’t get utilities in their name  that is a huge red flag and you are almost 100% going to have this same issue.

It is a great place to live and the market is red hot right now.

We're in Redding, CA which is nothing special, but there is a lot of demand here.

What I was trying to get at was those that are supposed to submit audited financials and do not submit them - that is a big red flag and everytime I have seen this happen the troubles eventually surface.

Also, it just seems like a red flag to me.

Is it still red hot or has it slowed down?
