Even if some things have loosened up on this side of things over the last couple of years and I'm not aware of it, which may very well be the case - I said all of the previous paragraph to say that when the market softens again (and it will) - manufactured homes were one of the first property types in the crosshairs of the major lending institutions.

Lots of people on here jump through a bunch of hoops to get 10 conventional loans and prior to the reserves requirement changing (softening ) kept huge reserves for each property.

I do believe we are heading for a correction in the market here, but who knows when, and I see it happening as more of a "softening" than a major downturn, the market is leaning towards the seller side but there is a lot of action on both sides with healthy activity and much stricter lending standards than in the past.
