Having 3-10 paid off rental properties (can be a combination of single family/multifamily properties) depending on you and your families expenses will allow you to have simple, predictable income that is hopefully not too much of a headache. 

The units are nice and have no issues at all.A lot of people ask why we cannot get them out it is very simple there is a huge backlog at the county courts and that is why it is extremely slow. 

This country is severely under supplied in housing units so more units will better help affordability by adding more supply to the market.I tried to make it as simple as I could but I can see how it got confusing.

The TV shows and the gurus selling their goods try to make wholesaling and flipping look like a simple business, but it is really a very difficult and full-blow business that requires a super amount of hard work and a much more time than they want you to think.

You could do this on your own, but a simple mistake or a hostile tenant can make it very difficult.

I know it sounds to simple but it really easy that easy.

A 60 yr old investor with a $30 mil net worth is in a completely different position than a 30 yr old investor with a $25k net worth--a "good deal" for one might be a terrible deal for the other.In real estate, there are no simple rules that you can always follow in all circumstances because RE involves so many moving pieces...you have to make a list of all of the relevant factors for a deal, and make a decision based on that, and your own circumstances.
