Might be worth it to have them shop around for you. 

Regarding skip tracing, Tracers is a good resource as TLO has been declining more folks the past year When I had my HML shop we had an Accurint product that was called fraud detector for loan applications.. it was amazing  what is out there. 

The safer play is to use financing with healthy contingent reserves built into the loan.The other reason why I recommend using financing (and believe this is more important) is the banking relationships you will build through the process.

I believe we resolved the issue, but want to be on the safer side.

Decent grocery store and general shopping, not way out in a rural setting. 

I am generally not a fan of wholesalers. I find the majority of them to have low repair costs and high ARV. I see way too much daisy chaining. But...the good ones are fantastic. The good ones use some or all of these ...
