My private banker said we don't need all of that, and based on what we have on you, we can go ahead.This bank just went with my DTI and said the loan can be processed that way.So, just as in your case, yelling and screaming about taking on a $350k loan on a $1m property should be a no brainer will not get you the mortgage, any more than my yelling about my cash flow going up $2k/month with the refi falls on deaf ears.
