I've sold dozens of homes during the so-called Eligible Date Range, but figure any payout will be peanuts after all the lawyers get their take from the top. 

Did you figure out anything.

Figure that out and you'll have a roof over your head that pays for itself while you accelerate savings and repeat in 1-2 years.

Or it could be something like dialing in on and area and figuring out exact requirements for parceling off additional lots - find an old house that nobody wants on 5-10 acres.

Figure on a small loan maybe 800/month for 5 - 6 months? 

Sure it sucked being out the $50K, but I would rather have $50K in my bank than a $100K judgement I then had to figure out how to collect on.
