The Future landlord will need to continually reinvent themselves in order to continue cashflowing $$$.

The opposite side of that is the sole practitioner (probably attorney) who charges outrageously expensive fees because they only do a handful a year and the wheel is reinvented with each exchange costing the client.But all this being said, even with a larger firm, your exchange experience will only be as good as the representative assigned to you and their accessibility. 

No need to reinvent the wheel.

You could spend the rest of your life working on this dream, and probably will,  or concentrate on not reinventing the wheel and actually make money beginning now.

Seems like investing in an already established business model makes more sense rather than try to reinvent the wheel.
