I probably should have said 100k, 100k (this is what is in my actual spreadsheet)Each unit should run me around 10k to completely refinish as they are 1/1 and I can do everything myself that does not require a permit (tying in electric, tying in plymbing, etc).I am looking it as 200 to buy, 200 to rehab, hopefully 750 appraisal based on local comps.Goal is to make this my springboard from duplexes to multi families with all the sweat equity i put into it.
