@Wiley Strahan this may be a sweet spot for some of the small-balance commercial lenders we work with depending on where in OH (Rural is tough), and LTV being sought.

Miami Beach is going to be a tough market to break into based on money, so your network and hustle will put you in the right crowd.

I can also count on 1 hand the number of tiny home designs I've seen that don't look like repurposed tough sheds and/or have awkward dimensions.
