Have you run any numbers on your potential new build?

Is that amount worth risking at this time potentially having to pay from your primary residence?

(If not, then you should, IMHO)We're all in sales ultimately, and keeping potential business associates on a marketing list is our lifeline.Also, if you were "politely told" that it's not a great fit - how is this a problem? 

I instead look at it as a potential red flag.

That is where LPs can feel free to share their real experiences without fear of any potential bad blood or retaliation from GPs.

Dallas on the other hand has more growth potential in certain markets in my opinion.

I saw some properties today, only one of which I thought had potential, but an offer would have to be pretty low to hit the 70% rule which is the goal.

Buy at a discount given the lack of building potential and can always pass that discount along when I sell.2.
