Go figure.Generally, All properties are reassessed every 5 years with the value staying the same unless there is a physical change (construction/demolition/lot split) or an ownership change.

Hello everyone, I am looking to start an llc in Alabama but I resides in California, is there a way I can start an llc without a physical business address in Alabama?

Collect a physical check (possibly using a lockbox). 

The full cycle takes at least 2 years and requires not just physical rehab but also improvements of the tenant base.

Because they don't actually send out a physical green card anymore,  it's all a matter of re-inspection and a PDF file being emailed, mailed or faxed.  

It seems less real than physically giving someone cash.

There are many things to consider to make a great remark like the location, its physical condition,  the demand in that area, and the first impression. 

Have a deposit, but won't be able to get a physical W9 until August.
