@Adam Czachor I’m having this problem for the past two weeks now and I don’t know why.

She said she scrolled past my address but thought she was in the right one.  

So the biggest issue I have heard from them is of getting criticism from investors for sitting on capital and not deploying yet, not on portfolio performance, they sold off the "troubled children" to novice investors at nose-bleed prices this past 24mnths, there sitting golden right now, literally. 

Texas is great but has become tough over the past couple of years due to market saturation.

I think it will meet long-term demand since new construction starts in the past 1-3 years have dropped off a cliff, so new supply coming onto the market from 2025-2028 will be significantly lower and allow for absorption of everything and most likely we'll start to see organic rent growth again in the 2-8% range as we saw in 2016-2020.

During your inspection process the past four years did this mold exist?

The market for money has changed drastically even in the past year and a half.

Presumably the borrower is unable to refinance at current rates.The borrower may or may not be making payments on the note, even though it is past maturity (is it a problem to foreclose if they are making payments?)

Fly out and visit it.We have rejected several offers in the past for buyers who didn’t visit the property and put in an inspection contingency.
