A year ago my asset protection cost doubled over night.  

After stopping by to see and knocking on the door, no answer to get in contact of the owner, I looked up to find the home is now 4  years delinquent on taxes.The house is needing much work unfortunately and with taxes being delinquent, the owner may not have the funds to rectify any of the situation. 

I will tell you that many people who invested in Class B or C apartments during that time got a variable rate loans which was based on SOFR ( secured overnight financing rate) + set number.  

What stops someone from using lead paint after the twenty year certification?

It doesen't happen overnight. 

First, you need to stop listenng to your girlfriend, who has zero 'skin in the game'.

Focus on the fundamentals of the real estate and stop chasing an arbitrary door count.

These are not even 'over the top', but things like these will grab peoples attention when scrolling thru listings, you have to give them a reason to stop.

How can i delay or stop this auction, so that I can get the property marketed for a higher price?
