I have 2 units I constantly have to chase for rent and if you can avoid this by looking for additional applicants I recommend it.

Has anyone had experience investing in short term rental properties near Disney?

There are a few up and coming neighborhoods near the Copley road/downtown area where a developer is building new inner city homes just north of the zoo.

Dave Zook is constantly touted on the Real Estate Guys Radio show.

These are similar softwares that hotels use to constantly change pricing depending on the demand/supply for the area. 

For example in the middle of LA there was a horse stable for sale, near overpasses, etc.  

It will be a constant grind of content creation, and continuing to learn and regurgitate your learnings into digestible content.  

.: There are companies that provide this and I even believe some do a revenue share with apartments.We had looked into this a while back for some of our properties.Not a bad revenue stream and a nice little perk to have new EVs charging near the clubhouse/office where new prospective residents can also see them. 

I lived in the Poconos for a few years as a kid and my father still lives just off 33 near Wind Gap so I know the area pretty well (and my daughter's up in Bethlehem). 

Constantly evicting people is expensive for a variety of reason and sinks profit.
