I started my career in the digital marketing space about 8 years ago - helping firms monetize their new and existing data -  in the finance vertical. 

However, I did obtain my real estate agent license and I'm hoping to use that to my advantage to try to monetize any leads any way I legally can.  

There us typically no real added value solving any other problem besides monetizing. 

I'd probably be open to sell off-market leads for only $75.00 as I literally do no monetization currently.

In Real Estate one has direct and significant impact control and options available in the market value and monetization (dividends) of the real estate asset. 

I don't think this was the point, but my estimates for steven's cash flow, net, is right around $2100/mo net cash flow after a 45% operating expense and mortgage amount of 225k.

There is nothing wrong with monetizing this expertise across separate operations as long as you don't get too crazy with it.

More importantly, it makes sense to monetize or utilize the other lot.
