So yes, it can work for sure because it has for me, but you very much so need to work with the right outfits.

We have some agents spaced throughout the state, and are a small outfit founded in the Farmington Valley.

Since my original post I have explored a few different Turnkey outfits and all seem to be legitimate and offer a different product for each buyers preference. 

Personally, I wouldn't be on board for something that big unless you already have a good team under you or you can turn over total management to a good outfit and still be cash positive.

I'm the CEO of a full-service TK outfit in Birmingham, AL and if you look at my past posts, I spend a ton of time here on BP reminding new investors to ASK QUESTIONS about every little thing when considering getting into the TK space.
