i think its the easiest asset class to understand that isn't stocks and a lot of peoples livings depend on marketing how perfect it is

Always do your due diligence folks, search for their name on here, check for criminal and civil court cases in the county they live/do business in, etc. 

If I buy property in a state that I don't live in and put that property into an LLC registered in that state, will it be protected or does that LLC need to be conducting some form of business?
