I have my notebooks on the cloud and then have them sync to both laptops and phone.  

The following is an example of what I would like to do in addition to what I mentioned.I would like to be able to go through a house on my laptop enter everything needed then send it to an assistant and have them research everything that is listed that does not already have a sku# for (not already previously purchased on other projects).

I find that chasing leads needs to be an urgent business as in Memphis right now once a property hits the market if it is a real deal it sells within about an hour.So I have my emails for example pushed to my laptop, my Ipad and my phone.

I would take a laptop or tablet with me, and get people to apply in person if they want on the spot.
