On your way out, go back on Cliffdale towards Skibo, at the intersection with McDonalds on the right, hang a left onto N Reily Rd, cruise down that till you can turn right on to Morganton and head back up to the mall. 

Keep an eye on corner lots at intersections in commercial areas.

pflugerville, round rock, liberty hill, cedar park are my areas of choice under 300klook for low tax areas with low to no HOA fees close to major intersections with decent schools, min 3/2's, no condos

in the initial thread in April, I mentioned that I drove by the intersection and my eyes saw dollar signs when I noticed that 10 hazmat suits were going in and out of that house.

I put 12 signs out by busy intersections in a targeted zip code and haven't gotten any calls yet.  

Another route would be to hook up with a wholesaler...one of those, "We Buy Ugly Houses" bandit signs at intersections. 

It's the same thing with real estate development because if you didn't have controls in place people would build for the most profit regardless of if everything flowed and worked together or not.Another option you can do is pay someone to have a sign on the intersection that says we buy houses etc.

I'm not saying it never happened...i'm just saying...Bandit Signs @ intersections are probably against most city/town ordinances.
