Eventually, I want to own several rental properties, but my main concern for the moment is just getting started.I look forward to jumping in and interacting with you all on the site!

Property valuations are anchored in these aspects, once we understand how these aspects interact we can then look to what we can do to profit from a property, taking all three aspects into account.
