Once your rat infestation is gone seal old entry points or put bait boxes outside to control new rats coming in.Any other pest questions?

Unkempt  apartments/houses will destroy your property value, cause damage, and may cause a severe pest infestation. 

The situation needs to be treated professionally and if it is a heavy infestation you will likely need to treat surrounding units or possibly all units.

Purchased for $95k and in its roach infested, poorly maintained status it was grossing $2k/mo.

If the infestation has not grown so large that current unit can no longer feed it, our experience is the bugs do not travel far.  

We’ve ran into snake infestations, termites, mold, and even breakins by the locals.

It's an early 80s home and a major mess. There's old cat feces everywhere, noticeable urine stains, scratched up walls, black mold on the walls, rotten window sills, doors made out of wood and chicken wire that appare...

I even contacted the seller after I bought the property later on with some questions about rat/termite infestation history and they were very friendly with me.

Just a couple of weeks ago a house rental was infested, this is a first for me usually it's apartment buildings.Apparently the lady was running a daycare out of the property and I had no idea.
