It has been discussed on this forum multiple times, you can search the forum for earlier threads.The reason CPAs disagree is because it's somewhat controversial, especially between accountants who do NOT specialize in real estate.

I am search for an eviction lawyer but base on the court date and I am having a hard time finding an lawyer. 

A cursory Google search shows that you’re right: in most jurisdictions, unlicensed persons can’t open doors.

For short term rentals, I use: AirDNA: I love AirDNA, but don't love the address search.

Airbnb should have this information as well as other sites via google search

This will help you in the long run, as you'll find your agent experience will be a blessing & a curse:- Blessing due to your understanding of MLS, searches & contracts.- Curse because MUST change your agent mindset.
