If I were Evan, I'd live in the smaller front room and rent out the master suite with the double vanity and jetted tub, make sure there's a nice flat-screen in there with good cable offerings and maybe a little coffee area so that they don't have to come out if they don't want to.

@Jonathan Twombly  the real estate how to seminar circuit is all founded or based off of he MLM s that came before them.. same companies run the back ends and fulfillments.. the presentations are exactly the same from the freebie first meeting to the step up feeder meeting to the spend the big bucks..Very well choreographed and Fulfillment companies ( 95%) based in Utah are VERY good at what they do  its HUGE MONEY for those guys.. as in 50 million dollar jet money.. :) 

Wenatchee (East Wenatchee) is expanding their airport currently and has a lot of folks migrating in for the the hydro dams and healthcare, but they are buying homes.

I wouldn't be surprised if the main users will turn out to be private jets.

You could ask them to help you with the cost of jetting the pipes or replacing the lines but if they say “take a hike”, what are you going to do?

Also keep in mind,  in order to give you a warranty on foundation work the foundation company WILL require that you pass the hydro static water pressure test, after they complete the work.

But we do live in the Jet age and I see so many on BP that for better or worse like to talk about how frugal they are and thats all great and such but to some your missing out on all sorts of life experiences that become much harder to do when U get older simply because of family obligations ( grand kids) health etc..

We wanted to stay with a local lender (Jet) but we are thinking we should ask a few others to compare.  

Even jets of steam don't get it completely clean.
