With Guesty, have you noticed an increase in the number of your bookings?

I'm part way through Craig Curelop's book, and starting to see what the market is like.It seems like a lot of the properties will have negative cash flow even after the first year when we move out.

I used a promo code provided at the end of a webinar and paid for one full (discounted) year after attending "The 90 Day Challenge" with Dave Meyer.Attendees who purchase the Pro membership are supposed to get the "Real Estate by the Numbers" book as well.

It’s been booked ever since.

We have an STR in Swannanoa that wasn't damaged and have had several week+ long bookings since the storm (including Army Corps of Engineers, etc). 

When I google that company, I don't really get a company website, but rather books, Facebook groups, etc.  

I have read many books and listen to audiobooks and podcasts everyday so I’m learning more everyday.
