We have a good ins broker here in town, he gets reasonable homeowner's ins for our owner fi houses, and the car ins he just got me was incredibly cheap.

I'm asking because with the loan in the seller's name, if I went to re-fi the lender would see that the loan was in the previous owner's name, but with my name on the title is this an option?

I prefer holding owner fi property as there are no landlord worries, I am good so far with turnkeys in the cities I mentioned, we'll see how it goes long term though....
