There is no sign of moisture ANYWHERE other than the floor as if someone poured water on it, 5 gallons of it. 

How many gallons should I get?

Not bad if you figure now we are paying about 4.50 a gallon out this way  even at 20 miles to the gallon that would be 12 gallons of gas or about 50 bucks so we save 47.00 each fill up .. so this is starting to add to real money.. then of course when i am on a road trip my juice is totally free.. drive to Vegas totally free 1200 miles  :)

SORRY advance warning gross discussion but this is the fix: two 5 gallon plastic buckets fill 15% with water buy a "plank" online and put peanut butter on the end.

The wells in the area don't produce a lot of gallons per minute, so storage tanks or cisterns are typically required.

This sentiment seems to be universal amongst people I know with the primary reason being the $6 per gallon gas.I bought a primary residence (owner occupied) home in June of 2019 and got a 4.25% rate, which was ok at the time.

Tenants will be harder on things than you would, you want something durable.Paint all the rooms the same colour and buy a 5 gallon container of paint. 

However, it's only a 30 gallon water heater, so it only provides a hot shower for 15- 20 minutes.
