Hello community, one of the tenants decided to dispute past VENMO rent payments, he is claiming that he had not , but Venmo is now asking us to pay back and until then the account is frozen, and each time someone pays us, it will be going towards the balance, of course, I am disputing, its unheard of.

Also, it may be wise to draw the HELOC funds upon approval, many banks aren't even doing HELOCS and I would not be surprised if the existing HELOCS started to be lowered or frozen..
