It's like crickets, they never return the message.Anyone else dealing with this on a  routine basis?

I routinely bring eviction cases in Montgomery County.

The 5% maintenance and repair allowance equals $1,067 and that seems much more inline with what it would cost to do some routine maintenance on a unit.

I am just learning the posting routine here at BP.

They have to be checked routinely which also gives you the opportunity to inspect the property to make sure it's being well maintained.

I've heard of BP over the years but thought I'd join to see what is going on in the world outside of my typical everyday routine.

Last week, our franchise corporate sent an inspector to audit my store (a routine they do every year to make sure we are complied with the company guidelines/requirements).

Build in routine maintenance, capital expenditures (based on current life, expected replacement costs),  potential vacancy, management costs ,any other expenses.I think asking someone about their monthly cash flow is totally misleading if you are missing all the calculations.After buying 11 out of state properties in 5 states
