Hi,The timber frames and carpet around the bathroom entrance are damaged caused by the leakage from the showers.

The house was completely re-modeled upon purchase and in a way that made renting out the bottom seamless: 1,600 SQFT up and 1,600 SQFT bottom, BOTH having 3bd/2ba, each having FULL range kitchens, laundry rooms, living/family rooms, dining rooms, completely separate entrances (walk-out basement accessed around side yard), and bifurcated parking spots.  

I set a goal to purchase a property sometime next year after January.I'd like to make an entrance with my wife using either the FHA loan or the MA housing loan.

The guy didn't see any termites inside the property but found them in the flower bed near main entrance.

Upper unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, separate entrance, eat-in kitchen with some updates.

There is an entrance that essentially could be used as the initial entrance and one door could lead downstairs and the other lead to the main level. 

The front entrance door to hallway is currently what I thought were old wood floors.

I am new to the world of real estate after making my entrance by buying a duplex in Milwaukee (in the Riverwest neighborhood). 

There is a small common area entrance as seen in some of the bills and we pay water.

He had a new block put in under the back side entrances in the last couple of years.
