Then, if you like some of the comments from a user, you can connect with them directly and perhaps do a 1:1 discussion and potentially discuss what you want to do in the future.

I ended up with millions stuck in IRAs and roths I’ll never touch because of real estate.

But experience teaches you two things: Always have a solid contract agreement and understand it (which we did and why we did not sign a contract with no reps and certs) and that due diligence isn’t just about relying on vendors—it’s about knowing when to dig deeper.

I'm looking to connect with local investors, agents, lenders, property managers and contractors who have experience in these areas. :-) 

Give them notice that their lease will end and you expect them out by a specific date/time.

These two contractors may not like that area, or just had one bad experience, so it would be great if you could explore more of what other experiences people had/have in the city. 

I'm on the hunt for real estate meetups to expand my experience and network, but I must not be looking in the right places.
