The content was decent and well organized (I'm an online college professor so I value asynchronous course organization), but I found the wording on the actual exam to be very different compared to the content in CE Shop. 

If so, you might be better off going to one of them unless organizing events is in your skillset.

My guess is that you actually won't be able to get the loan with that many people on it but that is just a hunch.Regardless, a few things I'd want really organized before going into any type of partnership like that . . . - Get really clear on a 1 year, 3 year, 5 year, 10 year plans - Get really clear on who's responsible for what - Decide EXACTLY how you are going to pay for repairsBuying anything with a group of family members is totally possible to succeed as long as you really prep yourselves on the way in.

Benefits are that you're not 100% on you own, you'll probably get some faster business, you might learn some from an experienced agent, you can see how a team operates, you might see a more disciplined approach to the business and perhaps get to hang out a bit or be in the presence of someone organized.
