I have a house in Houston, Texas that is close to downtown and it has been rented out consistently since I made it a Corp Rental about a year ago.

Working on a rehab project in Downtown Nashville and having a bit of trouble coming up with an HVAC solution.

I’m looking at a single family home that needs full renovation built in 1890 near downtown Indianapolis.

Upon further investigation, I discovered that these were currently 100% occupied, C-class properties near the downtown Chattanooga area in C class neighborhoods.

Hi I'm Drew Bradford I live just outside of Nashville, TN and work at a Hospital in downtown Nashville. 

I am thinking about putting in an offer on my first property near down town Atlanta but I’m not sure if it’s the right area, house size, or prIce.

To out of state folks, that seems high but in LA you cant get anything decent for that price close to downtown.

Milwaukee revitalizing downtown...lots of construction.

So I wanted to share one in case it helps someone on the fence about getting started.Going to try to give the super quick story:  There was a great property in downtown Houston. 

Can't speak for Zanesville exactly, but I invest in Circleville & Chillicothe, and Chillicothe is *about* the same distance from downtown Columbus.Personally, I wouldn't trade investing in this kind of area for anything.
