Personally I would like to get into realestate sales since I’ve been in sales all my life however I’m finding it hard to digest all of the laws and I’m not ready to leave my job since to get my first home I understand I need history of employment. 

The major brokerages have computers dedicated to them that you can not access that compile and digest information for them much faster than you can get information. 

Need some time to pay down loans, digest those properties and rebuild my cash reserves.
