Maybe you know how to effectively run social media, or work a website, graphic design, etc. 

Does anyone know of graphic designer who can produce a nice logo?

These are cute vintage cabinets.

Often they are trying to sell me with a cute picture of their pitbulls or some other things that would clearly not qualify them for the place. 

I hate to say it but many people have cute sales-pitches, low prices, great processes, but not the data to support it.

I have a background in graphic design and making signs and banners but it’s not going to really help me with a fix and flip.

Hello, I see there is a lot of general graphical information online, but do you guys know of / can recommend a good data source on supply and demand of rentals in certain areas?

BP was hitting its stride and all of a sudden a few years ago they coined this term BRRR which is cute.. and accurate and wrote a book about it.. you know building a dream team etc etc.. but as you said not a new concept in the least its just old news rehashed for those that started in the industry post 2010 ish..
