If you pay all cash on every transaction but then if you sell the property you sign the deed.

2) Call the City Building or Rental Dept to see if it has a Landlord/Rental License and if there are any outstanding tickets or permits.3) Highly recommend hiring an agent, familiar with rental property transactions, to create a purchase contract.- DM us for one that will do for flat fee.4) Highly recommend having property professionally inspected, including sewer camera.

Looks legit to me - did some digging on their website and cross checking on LinkedIn.

It really depends on the value you're able to bring to the transaction.

So if you start dealing with people who are transactional focused, they won't value relationships and loyalty and always find someone cheaper and will bail on deals that are good, chasing one that is cheaper and cheaper. 

Have you accounted for all closing costs, permit fees, and other transaction expenses in your budget?
