The notes I have, have performed very well, and would love to stay on that train.

For many owners, this is a win.Other owners may value the consistent monthly deposits rather than worrying about the usually seasonal STR incomes. 

Connections, luck... contractor at the time was problematic and not delivering which gave me the opportunity to out perform.

Try to get a cashout refinance to see what the bank thinks it’s worth and how the business would perform with debt.

Those properties won't look as good on paper, but they'll perform MUCH better in real life. 

We're here to help each other so I don't see the point of bringing that up to scare somebody away from buying a condo in Tulum when, so far, it's had absolutely no bearing on the performance of investments there.
