it is a real issue....but it is not limited to real estate investing. idiotic behavior dwells in all realms of society. the trick is what do you do.....your experiment may be your initial answer. if your wife is getting results....let her get them(if it's about the business). by allowing that, you are generating the income and very soon you will not need the bank. how do you deal with discrimination. ...you acquire for yourself the very thing you feel is being withheld.

Tying the questions of a housing recovery together with the preparation for disaster, what I think you need to be prepping yourself is the behavior of people in desperation.

I guess behavioral economics is a real thing. 

The most recent tenants (a behavioral therapy group) moved out last week for a larger location.

The behavior aspect is the most important in my opinion.

Those thoughts and beliefs are dictating your actions and behaviors constantly, those actions and behaviors you take put various causes in motion, which have various effects that you see in your physical reality that you've created.

You will see this behavior repeats itselflater on as he recklessly spent investors money to the point that the clubnever opened.

I wouldn't trust that their financial behaviors will change just because you are the new owner.

We actually had the head judge come before our group and apologize to us for the behavior of one judge in particular who ALWAYS favors the tenant.  

Also, I tend to beat myself up mentally sometimes and must be vigilant for this type behavior.
