You’ll want to ensure all RV sites have adequate and working hookups along with amenities (bathhouse specifically) to accommodate short term stays if an option.You will likely have someone in the community run day to day operations, because it can be a cash business you need someone you can trust but always monitor the books!

If the new buyer & landlord are hoping you move out early you don't have to accommodate as legally the lease must be assumed by the new buyer.

I'll be managing it myself and I know they have to do calculations that would be in a sense worst-case to accommodate another owner (like the bank) who may have to hire a mgmt company but to get the best valuation possible I was hoping there may be some wiggle room there too.
