Should not have an issue finding some good option.New or old, every carrier will be concerned about roofs over 20 years old and if the breaker boxes are Stablok or Federal Pacific, which were installed on many of these types of building in the 70's

@Jennifer Maiolo I am going to run into this issue as well and researching options to meter separate circuits for energy use and either bill it back or contain a certain not to exceed amount in the lease.

Now, instead of a $5 circuit breaker you need a $100 circuit breaker --- that definitely adds up after a few circuits.
