Even though your PMA expires in two months, you may be able to terminate earlier if the agreement allows.Follow the Terms: Send a written notice of termination as specified in the PMA.

If the structure on the property is determined to have no value, be careful when you consider paying the “value of the land”.The value of raw land is different than the value of land with an existing structure, even if the structure has no value.  

If you can dump this property for break even, I would make that move as soon as possible. 

It will take that long to foreclose even if they find out.
