I'm painting with some broad brush strokes here...but basically the City/County/State can't deny you the use or rights to your property without just compensation (your constitutional property rights).

Well Jenn the great news is if you say your prayers, go to bed early, brush your teeth and work hard one day someone may post online about how much they want you to get mauled by a dog too......

@Mike Dymski I believe many brush off whats going on as part of the cycle.

I am not familiar with renting by the room though and what other regulations there are around it if any, so I would brush up on that on BP as well and see if there are any local laws to be aware of.Just realized you did not mention by the room.

You could brush your teeth at the sink and take a dump at the same time.

@Thelma Ojedis Sounds like the HOA board is brushing you off.

However, that does NOT extend to misleading or deceit of any party, which seems to be what you're suggesting a seller's agent is supposed to do.What I object to is the broad brush slander of real estate agents.
